Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use Pack. By creating an account or joining a trip, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Pack. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

Pack has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to use Pack to post or share content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or that targets a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or that sexualizes a minor in any way.
• Violent, gory, or that promotes self-harm.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or that violates someone else's rights.
• Spam, malware, or attempts to impersonate another person.

You can report a message by long-pressing it and tapping Report. We review every report within 24 hours and will remove offending content and ban users who post it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Pack. You grant Pack a limited license to store and display it so the app can show it to the trip members you invite.

4. Service availability

Pack is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

If we change these Terms in a material way, we'll update the date at the top and surface a notice in the app.
